I brought my 2011 Volvo xc70 (wagon) for the 60k service--it was my first experience with EAS. Patrick, explained what the car needed and helped me decide prioritize the services that were most needed and the ones that I could put off for a bit. (He has excellent customer service skills and there was no hard sell.) Even though Patrick offered to take me home, I elected to wait on the car and that took several hours! (What was I thinking!) However, the waiting room was comfortable and pleasant; wifi is available and everyone who came through the doors during the time that I was there was treated with courtesy and respect. EAS will be my new "go to" place to service the car. C.W.
