I have a Mercedes 2004 and have been a faithful customer for 10 years. From routine maintenance to extensive repairs, Patrick is the epitome of excellent customer service. He is professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy at all times. Prices are very reasonable and will work with you in prioritizing repairs that can be done in the future. I often elect to wait while my car is being service.. I have witnessed the same excellent courteous service displayed by Patrick and the staff to all other customers. When I had extensive repairs done , Patrick would not let me wait and SENT ME HOME IN AN UBER!! I was truly thankful to be able wait in the comfort of my own home. Thanks to Patrick ,. I still own my Mercedes because at times I thought about trading but he convinced me otherwise. Needless to say, he has kept my car serviced in EXCELLENT running condition.. PATRIICK AND STAFF- Y’ALL ROCK!!!

very professional i received my vehicle as promised would have given them 5 stars but their pricing was a little higher than the BMW dealership which i thought would have been the opposite but it really wasn’t enough to cause concern i just have to wait and see how they are on other services

First off, Edward is a GODSEND!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind! I was so stressed out and he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. 5 Star service all the way!! My second visit in a year. Returned for free oil change, yes, free oil change, on the house, on European Auto Specialist, because this is how they do things!! Not only do they provide dealership service not matched by any dealer in Atlanta. They, Jacob( owner) Patrick ( right hand man) and Edward( protege) and entire staff go over and beyond to provide what I believe to be the service for European cars in Atlanta period. Also needed needed a radiator ( coolant leak) and Vaule Cover gaskets ( both sides) for my beautiful 1998 S Class, Mint Condition. Pulled in in a Monday, out by Wednesday despite 2 big jobs ahead of me. Best and most reasonable pricing in Atlanta, most bang for your buck. Superb service!!! Also if you are a pet lover, Jacob has the most adorable black pit puppy name Turbo, wanted to take the little fella home with me . Live you guys. Thank you?
