Absolutely phenomenal service. Staff is welcoming, I felt like a long time customer there. This will be my new go to place to service all of my vehicles.

picked up a bolt and had already scheduled an appointment at another shop to replace my tires. The bolt was still in the tire and holding air, but on my way to the appointment it blew and I lost all pressure right outside this shop. Even though they didn’t have tires in stock, and even though they were short handed and clearly busy, Jacob and Carlos helped me. They jacked up my car, removed the tire, patched the hole, and got me safely back on the road so I could make it to my tire replacement appointment. They knew I was headed to another automotive shop and still took the time to help. It’s always impressive to see a business put people over profits, especially when they are already stretched thin. I really appreciated the kindness and integrity.

The people at European Automotive Specialist were a godsend! I was far from home and in traffic when my oil light came on. Miraculously, this business was right there when I needed help. The gentleman who work here took care of me and got my oil in a safe place so that I could get home AND charged me NOTHING. Thank you for being top drawer in customer service.

Came with my 2019 Range Rover I received a new brake job and a pressure test on a radiator leak. From service to scheduling the appointment to picking up my car was Immaculate service

Excellent service! I took my Audi Q5 in, and the owner personally tested and approved the repair. Not to mention, Carlos didn’t seem to be agitated with me when I kept calling inquiring about service and repairs!!! No extra problems added and no attempts to upsell me — just honest, quick, and reliable work. If you have a European vehicle and want a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go.

I'm usually not into writing reviews but I'm so disappointed in the lack of commitment that European Automotive Specialists demonstrate towards their warranty policy after taking in my BMW- X4 for a coolant leak repair that i decided to let others be aware of what can be expected when taking their vehicle there. On 01/04/2026 I took my car in to address a coolant leak issue and I was asked to leave the car at the shop to be diagnosed. I was contacted the following day and was told that the: Upper Radiator hose and Turbo coolant hose with heater hose needs to be replaced and Coolant system flushed / Radiator Flush need to be done , I give ok for the repair wnd went to pickup the car the following day , when I get there I was charged $1,787.72 , 9 days later I noticed that the coolant was still leaking but since I was about to travel the following day and would be away for some time I took the car back when I returned from my trip which was still within the 30 warranty period for them to fixed the same coolant leak that I paid the $1,787.72 the first time. Tow days later I was called and told that the car is ready to be picked up. I went to get the car and was told that I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $ 857.26 Parts and Labor for Cylinder inspection services and for Expansion Thank hose. I asked the manager why I have to pay more money to fix the same issue that was misdiagnosed the first time and Since I was still within the 30 days warranty time frame I would expect them to honor there warranty even if it's just for the Labor costs but instead I was charged again for the Labor and parts. It's so disappointing because I usually go to the BMW dealership but wanted to find a more intimate and reliable automotive service shop and since European Automotive Specialists is in a convenient location for me I was hoping to continue taking my car there going forward but I'm not sure about that anymore. Best service!! They are quick, honest, and reliable. I never worry about what need to be done when I drop my car off for service. Also they are easy to reach and someone always answers the phone.
