I had a great service and a great experience and I’m glad I chose European automotive specialist to work on my vehicle. Carlos and Bruno was excellent to work with and very professional, helpful and a pleasure throughout the process. I highly recommend this company.

I usually go to the dealer for service and decided that I would try EAS. The work was completed in the timeframe indicated. One caveat: it would be nice to have a vacuum/wash after the service is completed.

Replaced themostat and coolant container and associated hoses!

I have recently had some issues with a coolant leak (amongst other things). This was my first time using EAS and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of turnaround and transparency during the fix. They have gained a customer!

I have been taking my BMWs to Jacob and his team at EAS for years, and they always do a fantastic job of taking care of me and my cars. They are skilled at every level - from routine oil and brake jobs, to replacing suspension components and internal engine parts. I’m grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic shop like EAS!

The folks at EAS are just great to work with. Period. They’re smart, kind and helpful. They aren’t trying to price gouge you because you need your car fixed. They also give you several alternatives to choose from. Overall this was an amazing experience. I will recommend these folks to any and everyone.

I originally updated my review because after my first repair visit, the engine light and EPC warnings returned shortly after picking up my Volkswagen, and the vehicle was still experiencing drivability issues. However, I want to provide an updated review based on my most recent experience. I brought the vehicle back on Monday and worked directly with Jacob, the owner. He thoroughly test drove the vehicle, addressed the issue again, and reassured me they would get everything taken care of. Because of my initial experience, it was difficult to fully trust the situation at first, but I can honestly say the second experience felt very different dealing directly with the owner. Since getting my vehicle back Monday, I’ve continued driving it through Thursday and so far the engine light and EPC warning have not returned. The vehicle has been driving much better overall. I appreciate Jacob taking the time to stand behind the work and make things right, and I wanted to provide an honest update reflecting my experience after the follow-up repair.
