I'm usually not into writing reviews but I'm so disappointed in the lack of commitment that European Automotive Specialists demonstrate towards their warranty policy after taking in my BMW- X4 for a coolant leak repair that i decided to let others be aware of what can be expected when taking their vehicle there. On 01/04/2026 I took my car in to address a coolant leak issue and I was asked to leave the car at the shop to be diagnosed. I was contacted the following day and was told that the: Upper Radiator hose and Turbo coolant hose with heater hose needs to be replaced and Coolant system flushed / Radiator Flush need to be done , I give ok for the repair wnd went to pickup the car the following day , when I get there I was charged $1,787.72 , 9 days later I noticed that the coolant was still leaking but since I was about to travel the following day and would be away for some time I took the car back when I returned from my trip which was still within the 30 warranty period for them to fixed the same coolant leak that I paid the $1,787.72 the first time. Tow days later I was called and told that the car is ready to be picked up. I went to get the car and was told that I have to pay an ADDITIONAL $ 857.26 Parts and Labor for Cylinder inspection services and for Expansion Thank hose. I asked the manager why I have to pay more money to fix the same issue that was misdiagnosed the first time and Since I was still within the 30 days warranty time frame I would expect them to honor there warranty even if it's just for the Labor costs but instead I was charged again for the Labor and parts. It's so disappointing because I usually go to the BMW dealership but wanted to find a more intimate and reliable automotive service shop and since European Automotive Specialists is in a convenient location for me I was hoping to continue taking my car there going forward but I'm not sure about that anymore. Great costumer service. Fair price !

Pure robbery to my Benz to get light fixed charger me $1250, never fixed the light replace a modual 2 months later same issues with light came back. Tried to charge me $2360. Please over look this place and go somewhere better equipped to fix foreign cars.

For clarification, our initial inspection in March 2025 found that the root cause of the electrical failure was the module that showed no sign of outside influence. The module we installed was intended to address the immediate electrical fault. We understand your concern about the recurring problem and the subsequent estimate. The new quote reflects the additional damage caused by the water intrusion(crack) on your aftermarket headlamp assembly, which has now affected the new module. To permanently resolve this, replacing the cracked headlight assembly is necessary to protect the electrical system. We value you as a customer and want to ensure your vehicle is properly repaired.
