Had THE best experience and service here recently when my best friend and I were on our way to the beach. A portion of a piece of the front fender on our truck came off and was flapping all over the front of the truck as we were on I-285 in Atlanta. We took a chance on this place and were blessed to work with Jacob and Bruno who fixed us up and we were on our way in just a few short minutes. Can’t thank these guys enough for looking after two stressed out women who were having car issues. Thank you!

picked up a bolt and had already scheduled an appointment at another shop to replace my tires. The bolt was still in the tire and holding air, but on my way to the appointment it blew and I lost all pressure right outside this shop. Even though they didn’t have tires in stock, and even though they were short handed and clearly busy, Jacob and Carlos helped me. They jacked up my car, removed the tire, patched the hole, and got me safely back on the road so I could make it to my tire replacement appointment. They knew I was headed to another automotive shop and still took the time to help. It’s always impressive to see a business put people over profits, especially when they are already stretched thin. I really appreciated the kindness and integrity.

The people at European Automotive Specialist were a godsend! I was far from home and in traffic when my oil light came on. Miraculously, this business was right there when I needed help. The gentleman who work here took care of me and got my oil in a safe place so that I could get home AND charged me NOTHING. Thank you for being top drawer in customer service.

Excellent service! I took my Audi Q5 in, and the owner personally tested and approved the repair. Not to mention, Carlos didn’t seem to be agitated with me when I kept calling inquiring about service and repairs!!! No extra problems added and no attempts to upsell me — just honest, quick, and reliable work. If you have a European vehicle and want a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go.
